Looking for a hard crunchie dog bone treat

I am looking for a recipe for a tooth cleaning hard crunchy, good healthy dog bone treat. I'm also looking for a healthy recipe to make a fruit or vegetable bone treat. I have the cutters and my son is opening a boarding and day care kennel soon and want to be able to offer these for the treat of the day and for sale.

Chef's Answer ~ Any dog treat recipe that you bake hard and crunchy should have the added bonus of cleaning teeth. But, I would recommend my Mint Kiss Dog Cookie recipe. You can bake them a little longer than recommended to get a crunchy dog treat that will also freshen breath.

A vegetable treat that has always been a big hit is the Pumpkin and Peanut Butter Dog Treats. Most dogs love peanut butter, and the pumpkin gives them extra vitamins and nutrition.
