Great dog treat recipe - my pups loved it!

I had a birthday party for my little girl's puppies 3rd birthday. I was looking for a dog cake recipe that did not include peanut butter because one of the pups doesn't like it.

I made this recipe in the form of cupcakes and added a "Pup-peroni" treat to the top of each one to act as the candle. They went crazy over them.

We had Mom, Dad, Surrogate Dad (it's a long story) and three puppies at the party - one puppy lives too far away and couldn't make it.

Everyone thought I was crazy for going to so much trouble but it was well worth it when I saw how much my "grand-puppies" enjoyed their cakes - and the parents too!

Awesome... Brutus and Diamond loved the dog cake and brownies

I baked Bacon & Chicken Puppy Cake, and Liver & Carrot brownies for my pup, Brutus' 4th birthday.

He shared the cake and brownies with his little sister Diamond.... they can't wait and wanted to eat the whole cake. Yummy and healthy cake, brownies, dog treats recipes.

We will definitely try the other recipes from this site. Thank you for making my babies very happy pups!

Bacon and Chicken Puppy Cake

I made this cake for my dog, Max's 3rd birthday. Out of my 3 dogs he is the only one who I know when his birthday is so it was kinda for them all. Max liked it all the way up till it was baked. He's had yogurt before but never plain yogurt. He hated it. As long as I took that off he would eat the cake. My 2 bigger dogs loved it. I have never seen a piece of cake eaten so quickly. I think the biggest success in the whole process was the chicken baby food. I could tell he LOVED that. I really liked the whole idea of this cake but I think it could have gone better.

My dog loved this recipe and seemed to have more enthusiasm towards food when this was presented.

I cooked this for my two dogs an they loved it they were even looking around for more.

Friday loved it

My dog was turning one, his name is Friday.

Once I gave it too him he ate it and got angry when I said he couldn't have anymore, he loved it completely.

Maverick's Birthday
