I need more grain free recipes for my Husky/Shep mix named Simon. We just had a cancer scare. His spleen was removed because of a mass attached to it. Fortunately it was benign. He is 9 years old.

You can make most of our dog treat recipes grain free by substituting the type of flour that you use. Instead of whole wheat flour, you can use brown rice flour, soy flour or buckwheat flour.

You can also try our dehydrated dog treats like the chicken jerky dog treats, liver jerky dog treats or the vegetarian option of dried beet chips.
