Can I use all purpose flour?

Chef's Answer ~ Yes, you can use all purpose flour. We highly recommend using whole grain whole wheat flour because it has a higher ratio of nutrients. But, if that is all you have on hand, it's better to make your own healthy dog treats than some of the commercial treats on the market.
