Can I freeze the left over dough?

I still have a bit of extra dough left over, so can I put it in Saran Wrap and a Ziploc bag and freeze it?

Chef's Answer ~ Great question, absolutely! This dough, and many other dog cookie dough's would work very well being kept in the freezer.

You could even roll it into a log, then package it up like you mentioned. When you're ready to make more dog cookies, thaw the dough enough to slice and place rounds directly on your baking sheet and into the oven.
