Can Dogs have butter???? Is there something else I can use?? I don't honk I would ever give my Dog butter???

Chef's Answer ~ Yes, dogs can have butter. However, you can also easily substitute it for something else. For example the entire amount could be replaced with unsweetened applesauce. Or, you could substitute half applesauce, and half of a healthy oil, like coconut oil.

This particular dog treat recipe is a decadent recipe that should be given on occasion, not daily.
