Acorn squash for dogs?

Is this a good power food for dogs maybe with liver or bladder problems?

Chef's Comments ~ That is a wonderful question. I would highly recommend asking your Vet or a Holistic Vet what her advice would be for a dog with any type of health concerns.

Winter squash, like the acorn or butternut squashes, are high in fiber and low in calories. Plus they have lots of vitamins. So, they are a very healthy addition to most dogs diets. But, to be on the safe side, I would talk to a Vet about your specific dog and her needs.

Sorry I couldn't be of more help this time.
