Ingredients
1 egg
1/3 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup mashed banana (about one medium banana)
1 tablespoon honey (You can also use maple syrup but it is not as healthy)
1 1/2 cups old fashioned rolled oats (ground up to a flour in a blender/food processor)
1 tsp of flaxseed (optional)
1 egg white, lightly beaten, for brushing (you can also use honey or maple syrup diluted with some water)

Directions
*Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Lightly grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.

*Stir together the egg, peanut butter, banana, and honey in a bowl; blend thoroughly.

*Stir in the flaxseed and oats and mix well.

*Place dough onto a floured board and roll to 1/4 inch thick. Cut into desired shapes with a cookie cutter, place on prepared baking sheet, and brush tops with egg white.

*Bake biscuits in preheated oven until golden brown, about 30 minutes, depending on size. Remove from oven and cool on a wire rack.
