Is powdered sugar bad for dogs?
I know not to put granulated sugar in my dogs treats, but I am trying to find a different way to ice the treats. I found a recipe that called for powdered sugar.
Chef's Comments ~ Whether it's granulated, powdered or raw, sugar is not a desirable ingredient in your dog's treats or dog treat icings.
However, if your icing makes up a very small amount of the overall dog cookie, you may think about using those recipes with sugar.
