I just started making and selling treats at farmers markets. I make sweet potato, cheese and peanut butter pumpkin I have noticed mold so I began baking them longer but now they are too crunchy. is there a semi cheap preservative I can throw in to make them soft and last longer?

Chef's Answer ~ You may want to experiment with the preservatives from K9 Cakery.

You may also want to consider your packaging and make sure that it is as air tight as possible.

I hope this helps. :)
