How do I find nutritional facts on the recipes

I would like to find out the nutritional facts of the mint kiss cookie.

However, you can go to a website like CalorieKing.com or others like it, and enter each ingredient to determine the nutritional information of each ingredient and then divide the totals for how many dog cookies each recipe makes.
