Do you have a non-bleeding yogurt dip recipe?

by Pam

I am having problems with my peanut butter treats that I wish to sell. The dip seems to be absorbing the peanut butter and turning the dip on the treats tan after about 3-4 days . Do you know of another white dip I could use to decorate with. The icing needs to dry some what hard so the treats ship well and does not have to be refrigerated. I use this same yogurt dip on other cookies and do not have this problem.

Chef's Answer ~ Is it possible that your peanut butter dog treats are more moist than the other treats you are decorating with the icing? That's the only thing I could think of that would explain the icing bleeding on one dog cookie, and not the other.

My suggestion would be to check out the sugar free dog treat icing mixes at K9 Cakery.com. They have a lot of great decorating products to choose from that may give you ideas for your business.
