Can I use chicken liver for these liver dog treats?

I notice that your liver treat recipe specifies beef liver. I bought some chicken liver and wondered whether there's any reason not to use it instead.
Just wondering whether chicken liver is for some reason not as good for dogs as compared to beef liver.
Chef's Comments ~ Nope, there is no reason why you shouldn't use chicken liver in place of the beef liver. The recipe for the beef liver dog treats will need to be adjusted slightly due to the small size of the chicken livers. Just check them as you go to get the consistency that you are looking for.
