CAN I SUBSTITUTE A GRAIN FREE FLOUR AND WOULD AMOUNT BE THE SAME

Chef's Answer ~ Yes, you can substitute a grain free flour. I would recommend a blend of gluten and grain free flours for a better texture. The amount would be the same as the recipe states. I hope this helps! :)
