Can I puree beef liver in a Ninja 1200?

I don't have a food processor but I do have a Ninja Kitchen System 1200, BL700 series. I have yet to use the Ninja.

Chef's Answer ~ I don't have that machine, so I can not say for sure one way or the other. I would check your manual to see what it says regarding liquifying food items.

My best suggestion to you would be to start with a small amount of small chunks of liver and add a tablespoon of water to the liver. Start your machine off slow and gradually add speed to see if your machine can handle the amount of liver.

Again, I haven't tried these techniques, so I can not tell you for sure if they will work. I hope that helps. :)

Ninja Kitchen System 1200

I wanted to make some dog treats that called for pureed beef liver. I don't have a food processor but I do have a Ninja BL700. I cut the beef into about 1/4 inch strips, threw it in the Ninja and turned it on. It did a great job! I didn't add any liquid this time, but I will add just a little next time. My lab/pit mix just loves the treats.

Chef's Comments ~ Excellent! Thanks so much for letting me know! :)
