Can dog treat dough be frozen, and if so, how long can it be frozen for?

I want to make up different batches of dough ahead of time before a trade show and want to know if it can be frozen.

Chef's Answer ~ Yes, dog treat dough can be frozen, quite well, actually. It will keep fresh in your freezer for one to one and a half months.

When wrapping your dough, be sure to eliminate as much air as possible. Also, because it is a soft texture, it can absorb smells from a freezer. Be sure to double wrap the dough in plastic wrap, and to keep things tidy and for extra protection, place the wrapped rolls in a labeled gallon size freezer bag.

I hope this helps, enjoy your trade show. Happy Dog Treat Baking! :)
