Yum Yum Dog Treat Recipe!

I didn't have any peanut butter or whole wheat flour, so I used all purpose flour, oats and grated cheese, I substituted homemade chicken stock for the water, glazed them with egg wash and crumbled some parmesan cheese on top.....we have 3 very happy puppies!
