What can I use instead of pecans?

I am planning on baking this cake for my 5 yr old Labrador.

What else can I use in place of pecans?

Chef's Answer ~ You can use peanuts or almonds. If possible, use the dry roasted and unsalted variety. It's best to avoid walnuts and macadamia nuts. Enjoy baking the dog cake!
