Peanut Butter/Oatmeal recipe - My dog's new favorite

Well, this is the easiest cookie recipe ever! I have made several batches of this, both with and without wheat flour (oat flour is my preferred alternative). My dog sits in the kitchen waiting for them to come out of the oven! Many of our doggy friends got some of these cookies for the holiday, and they shipped well, too.
The recipe doubles very well, I discovered since I was making so many.
I like the look of the cookies by using the alternate method of rolling them into balls and using a fork to press them down. They really look like people cookies then.
Of course, now, whenever I open the jar of peanut butter my dog is very hopeful!
