This is a flexible and forgiving recipe! I have used molasses when I haven't had any honey handy and have played with adding corn meal as well. Easy to roll out and shape or if you prefer drop cookies, you can fork them like regular PB cookies, or add carob chips...shredded carrots? With such a great base, you can easily adapt to whatever suits your imagination.
Dogs love these cookies and they keep very well.
