Could you give me a substitute for chicken broth?

I was thinking of using vegetable broth or plain water or maybe some milk. What's your suggestion?

Chef's Answer ~ All of those ideas sound great! :) You could also use beef broth in this dog treat recipe. To keep the homemade dog treats on the flavorful side, I would probably use milk, but you should be able to use whatever you have on hand. Enjoy! :)
