Can you use regular flour for homemade dog treats?

Chef's Answer ~ Yes, you can substitute all purpose white flour for almost all dog treat recipes. We use whole wheat in most of the dog treats to increase their nutritional value, but the white flour will still make a nice homemade dog treat.
