Can I Use Wheat Flour?

by Tara

I was wondering if for the blueberry recipe whole wheat flour would work out just as nicely?

Chef's Answer ~ Yes! It would just fine to substitute whole wheat flour. Actually most dog treat recipes work very well with a 1:1 ratio for substituting various types of flour. Now, this doesn't work as well with people baking, since we are more sensitive to texture and taste than our four legged family members.

I hope that helps. Happy Dog Treat Baking! :)
