2 Dewclaws UP

I made this recipe but added about 1/2 c dried cherries and 1 tsp bacon grease. I also used steel cut Irish oats since that's what we use for oatmeal. Treats were enthusiastically received by my Pit Bull and my dog sitter's dogs.

Next time I'll try dried cranberries and will probably follow the suggestion to just shape them like peanut butter cookies. I'll also bake them a little longer but at a slightly lower temperature.
